The Bantam A Team took home the Second Place trophy in the 2008 VFW 7th District "A" Bantam Tournament in Elk River on March 9, 2008. The Rebels lost the championship game 1-6 to #1 rated Eden Prairie. In the first game of the tournament, the Rebels defeated Osseo 6-4 and then beat Maple Grove 6-2 to advance to the Championship Game.
